How to Get KyusiPass QR Code for Individuals, Establishments
Quezon City government launched "KyusiPass" application to improve the efficiency of city's contact tracking and stop the spread of Covid-19.
All business establishments within the city receive QR codes for free. This will allow customers and clients to scan the code to find their location.
KyusiPass Individual Registration
Step 1.
You have the option to choose from one of these three registration options:
Weblink . Visit request.safp.as to enter your mobile number. Simply click the "Create Safepass account" button in the popup window to create a new account.
Chat - Chat with SafePass Portal via Facebook Messenger. Select Get SafePass
SMS Text GETQR Your 4-digit MPIN has been created YOUR NAME Send an email to 2256722
Step 2: Verify
Await your one-time password (OTP)
- You will be sent an OTP by SMS to verify your mobile number.
- Enter the OTP in 5 minutes
Step 3: Protect
Make your own mobile PIN/MPIN
- A 4-digit MPIN protects your SafePass ID
- This is important to remember and to not share
Step 4: Save
Now you can view your Safepass ID. This ID can be saved to your phone and printed for future entry into SafePass protected environments.
Establishment Registration
Meanwhile, commercial establishments can send an email to kyusipass.bpld@quezoncity.gov.ph along with its Mayor's Permit Number and Name to claim their unique monitoring code.
After review, the QR Code and Template assigned to the establishment will be sent via the same email address.
